Dress up your favorite scarves with our unique and stylish Moraga Scarf Clip. Simply tie your scarf at either end and wrap it around your neck or wear it as a belt! Once you have set the length, the unique latch release allows you to easily open your scarf and transform it to a belt.
The scarf clip is designed after the emergency release lock that the carriage drivers use to unteather the reins should their horses need to be released in an emergency.
